TOWN OF MILTON
TOWN MEETING
September 21, 2005
Chairperson Haeuser called the meeting to order at the Milton Town Hall at 7:34 p.m. with all board members present except Treasurer Krumm. Also present were six community members.
Public Comment: None.
Donation to Cochrane Pool: Discussion was had on the issue of donating funds to the Cochrane Swimming Pool. At last month’s meeting, the Cochrane Pool requested a donation of $1,500.00 per year for four years. On a motion by Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. and a second by Rodney Bagniewski, the request for a donation was rejected. Clerk Engel will write a letter to the Cochrane Pool board advising them of the rejection of the request.
Bills: Bills were presented. Motion to pay bills by Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski and seconded by Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. (motion passed).
Approval of Minutes: Clerk Engel had distributed the minutes from the August 17, 2005 monthly meeting prior to the meeting. Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. moved to approve the minutes as presented with a second from Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski. (motion passed).
Announcements/Discussion Items:
• Town Hall Maintenance: Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski indicated that the hole outside the door of the Town Hall needs to be filled. Paul Duellman said he will take care of it.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr.; second by Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski (motion passed).
Meeting adjourned 7:50 pm.
