TOWN OF MILTON
TOWN MEETING
April 20, 2005
Chairperson Haeuser called the meeting to order at the Milton Town Hall at 7:31 p.m. with all board members present. Also present were 13 community members as well as outgoing clerk, Keith Greshik.
Officers Oaths: All newly elected officers took the Oath of Office. Newly elected officers are as follows:
Chairperson Kenneth Haeuser
Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr.
Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski
Clerk Kalene Engel
Treasurer Brenda Krumm
Bills: Bills were presented. Motion to pay bills by Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski and seconded by Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. (motion passed)
Prairie Moon Museum: Clerk Engel was contacted by Markham Street Films of Canada which has requested permission to film a documentary at Prairie Moon Museum and inquired whether a permit was necessary. It was determined that no permit was necessary.
Indian Creek Railroad Crossing: Chairperson Haeuser requested Clerk Engel to contact B&N Railroad to set up a meeting regarding the Indian Creek Railroad Crossing.
Sleepy Hollow Closing: Discussion was had regarding the possible closure of the Sleepy Hollow dumping site. No action was taken at the meeting regarding this issue.
Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. with a second from Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski. The meeting was adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
