April 16, 2008 Monthly Meeting Minutes
TOWN OF MILTON
TOWN BOARD MEETING
April 16, 2008
Chairperson Haeuser called the meeting to order at the Milton Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. with all board members present. Also present were twelve community members.
Public Input: None.
Bills: Bills were presented. Motion to pay bills by Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski with a second by Supervisor Eugene Bag Jr.Haeuser (motion passed).
Approval of Minutes: Clerk Engel had distributed the minutes from the February 20, 2008 monthly meeting prior to the meeting. Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. moved to approve the minutes and Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski seconded the motion (motion passed).
Discussion of Roadwork: Crack sealing on Herzberg drive is the only recommended road work; Baertsch Valley Road also needs to be crack saled as well as the road into Guenther Met with Bechly about the road by the Lutheran home and he would trade ground.
Towns Association Quarterly Meeting: Eugene Bagniewski attended the meeting and brought back paperwork for Clerk Engel to complete for Steve Schiffli and they also agreed to have each municipality contribute $10 for her hotel stay because she’s been footing the bill for that expense to date. The dogs will be $5 and $12 now and there were many complaints about the fee. Del Twidt is working on an ordinance regarding dogs that is expected to be implemented by the County.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Eugene Bagniewski, Jr. and seconded by Supervisor Rodney Bagniewski (motion passed).
