Meeting Agenda for October 2009 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to 5 minutes per person unless otherwise noted on Agenda)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from September 16, 2009 meeting;
5. Discussion of and possible action on the following items:
a. Follow-up on Mississippi Thunder Raceway concerns;
b. Town Hall floor/furnace issues;
c. Repeal/amendment of Ordinances #5, 6 and 8;
d. Local Road Miles Certification Update;
e. Complete Census Count Update;
f. Uniform Dwelling Code Inspection Provider Update;
g. Road Maintenance/Repair/Construction including discussion of closure, relinquishment or repair of Lover’s Lane, TRIP application, road projects for 2010 and change of name of a portion of Badger Road (previously renamed Hickory Street)
6. Announcements/discussion items;
7. Adjournment
