Meeting Agenda for May 2009 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to five minutes per person)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from April 15, 2009 meeting;
5. Discussion of and possible action on the following
a. Voter Accessibility Issues;
b. Town Hall Floor Issues;
c. Assessor Contract;
d. Repeal/amendment of Ordinance #3 – Fire Protection Ordinance;
e. Road Maintenance/Repair/Construction including discussion of Lover’s Lane; Waumandee Creek Road;
f. Garbage Dumpster fees/policies;
6. Announcements/discussion items;
7. Adjournment
