Meeting Agenda for July 2009 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to 5 minutes per person unless otherwise noted on Agenda)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from June 17, 2009 meeting;
5. Discussion of and possible action on the following items:
a. Town Hall furnace and floor issues, replacement or relocation of furnace;
b. Repeal/amendment of Ordinance #3 – Fire Protection Ordinance;
c. Road Maintenance/Repair/Construction including discussion of closure, relinquishment or repair of Lover’s Lane
6. Announcements/discussion items;
7. Adjournment
