Meeting Agenda for February 2009 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to five minutes per person)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from January 21, 2009 meeting;
5. Discussion of and possible action on the following
a. Update on road maintenance/snowplowing
b. Discussion of and possible action on repeal/amendment of Ordinance #2 – Roadway Ordinance.
c. Discussion of and possible action on repeal/amendment of Ordinance #7 – Official Waste Bag Ordinance
d. Discussion of and possible action on treasurer/clerk bonding.
6. Announcements/discussion items;
7. Adjournment
