Meeting Agenda for December 2011 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to 5 minutes per person unless otherwise noted on Agenda)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from November 16, 2011 meeting;
5. Recognition and appreciation of retiring election officials: Mary Ann Senn, Joyce Sing, Norma Isakson, Lucille Bagniewski and Inez Pelley
6. Discussion of and appointment of election officials for the 2012-2013 term: Joseph Jansoch, Jackie Killian, Rebecca Holzer, Sera Stevens, Lois Haeuser, Jino Lynn Duellman, Beverly Engel, Penny Schmidtknecht, Carol Colbenson, Jane Baures and Lucille Bagniewski.
7. Report on Jim Stiehm response to questions about Road House;
8. Discussion of and possible action on the following items:
a. Operator’s License Application of Angela Senn
b. Continued use of the Fountain City Recycling Center versus other options
c. Roadwork update;
i. State Disaster Aid – Waumandee Creek Road
ii. State road certification
d. Town Surveying
e. Request for Resolution Opposing CapX 2020 – John Frie
9. Announcements/discussion items;
10. Adjournment
