Meeting Agenda for December 2009 Board Meeting
(Immediately following the 7:15 Meeting to Consider Discontinuance of a Town Highway)
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to 5 minutes per person unless otherwise noted on Agenda)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from November 18, 2009 meeting;
5. Appointment of Election Officials and establishing number of pollworkers per election
6. Discussion of and possible action on the following items:
a. Repeal/amendment of Ordinance #10 - Citations
b. Local Road Miles Certification Update status update;
c. Other roadwork
d. Consideration of acceptance of dedicaton of Fern Circle ast a town road by Rich Ernst.
7. Announcements/discussion items;
8. Adjournment
