Meeting Agenda for April 2009 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Taking of Oaths of Office by Town Officers;
3. Informal public comment time (limited to five minutes per person)
4. Review and pay bills;
5. Approval of minutes from March 18, 2009 meeting;
6. Discussion of and possible action on the following
a. Town Official’s Workshops;
b. Board of Review Date;
c. Alcohol, Beer, Operator’s and Cigarette License Fees;
d. Election Worker Compensation;
e. Town Hall Clean-up – donation to C-FC FFA;
f. Public Posting Locations for Town Notices
g. Discussion of and possible action on repeal/amendment of Ordinance #3 – Fire Protection Ordinance;
h. Hazard Mitigation Plan;
i. Census Bureau Complete Count Committee;
j. Garbage Dumpster fees/policies;
7. Announcements/discussion items;
8. Adjournment
