Meeting Agenda for February 2010 Board Meeting
The Town Board of the Town of Milton, Buffalo County, Wisconsin will meet on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the Milton Town Hall. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Convene in open session;
2. Informal public comment time (limited to 5 minutes per person unless otherwise noted on Agenda)
3. Review and pay bills;
4. Approval of minutes from January 20, 2010;
5. Discussion of and possible action on the following items:
a. Consideration of Donation Request from C-FC Post Prom Party;
b. Consideration of adoption of Ordinance for Neighborhood Electric Vehicles;
c. Repeal/amendment of Ordinance #12 – Alternate Board of Review members;
d. Review/repeal/amendment of Resolutions #15 (Village Powers); 17 (Appointment of Assessor); and 18 (Withdrawal of Money)
e. Voter Accessibility Issues;
f. Roadwork update.
6. Announcements/discussion items;
7. Adjournment
